Benjie Randall
Voice Over Casting Director/Director
Benjie Randall – Has been a working performer since age 14. He grew up just outside of
Los Angeles, training and working in most all of the South Bay area regional theaters. He attended the prestigious Academy of Music and Performing Arts at Hamilton High School, and also trained in dance at the Professional School for the Arts. He attended College on a scholarship to The Boston Conservatory, receiving a BFA in Musical Theater with an emphasis in Directing. Benjie has worked as a performer on stage for several years, appearing in many original Off-Broadway, and regional productions, picking up a Peoples Choice and Ovation Award for Best Actor along the way.
His focus then shifted, after a voice over audition for a new children’s animated series landed him the role of Chumpkins, the tech savvy pig on Disney Junior’s
“P. King Duckling.” Benjie began Casting and Directing other actors on the show, eventually becoming the Assistant Dialogue Director as well as voicing the Principal Character. From there he has become a Casting and Voice Over Director for several children’s animated series’, including the much anticipated new show, “The Bravest Knight,” airing on Hulu this summer and starring a star studded cast of voice over talent.
Benjie still has roots in the theater and music. Most recently he has been a studio singer for Hugh Jackman’s one man show, and recorded the opening number for the Tony Award’s three years in a row.
