Rosenbaum
Trained in various areas of dance, acting, musical theatre, and voice, Katelin Mia began performing at the age of seven, and has enjoyed portraying various roles in local community productions. Katelin has also worked with Seth Weinstein and Judy Zocchi in a Development Workshop for The Magic Fishbone.
Katelin currently resides in New Jersey with her parents, younger sister, and Rhodesian Ridgeback named Bailey. Katelin is currently one of Ms. Joy’s vocal students at the Broadway Mentors Program. In addition to vocal lessons, Katelin has participated in many master classes hosted by Broadway Mentors Program with mentors such as Rebecca Luker, Merri Sugarman, Jeffrey Lesser, Ed Lewis, Richard Stafford, Emily Skinner, and Anastasia Barzee; to name a few. She has also studied acting technique with Anastasia Barzee through the Broadway Mentors Program. When she is not singing and acting, Katelin is an active dancer at the Woodbridge School of Dance with focus on ballet, pointe, jazz, tap, and musical theatre.
When she is not training or performing, Katelin is active in Girl Scouts and various after school clubs. She also volunteers her time with young dancers at her dance studio as a teacher’s assistant with focus on ballet technique. Katelin also loves to computer code, play tennis, ride her bike and rollerblade. She even been able to showcase her rollerblading skills during a production of Elf Jr. at Villagers Theatre. Katelin also plays the piano and is currently self-teaching herself to play the guitar.
